Each wine has a unique character that must be preserved. Therefore, filtration is needed to remove fermentation products and microbes, which may cause spoilage. In addition, the filtration process should not change the flavor, aroma and color characteristics that make the wine special and unique.

ANOW successfully achieves this objective with a range of prefiltration and final filtration products.

Separation Goals

● Removal of yeast and other fermentation byproducts before bottling

● Prevent microorganisms from entering storage tanks

● Microbial stabilization

● Removal of particulate and microbes from bottle rinse water

Application Requirements

● Filters must provide consistent high flow rates and be robust to satisfy mass manufacturing processes.

● Terminal filters must keep reliable retention of microorganisms for a long time.

● Filters must have no adsorption or binding of preservatives in product manufacturing.
